Earlier when the Entire Management was in the hands of Maker Group. The work culture in the company was excellent. But recently some other Buisness tycoon started increasing their share in the company and things started to get worse. Now there is nothing left to like in the company. In the early days of my career in the company Job security, remuneration were the best in Industry. But now there is no such thing left in the Company

Dislikes

The first thing is that the Management started to change and this lead to the change of the Project Lead. Seniors started discrimination and the work culture became the Worst. No ethics left with the seniors, no job security, zero work life balance.
