The work isn't that hectic, that's it. Nothing worth liking here, except the cool bhaiya who makes chai for everybody. He's the coolest but the founders don't treat him fairly.

9 hours work day. only 1st and 3rd saturday offs. leave policy is very bad. salary deduction if you get late for office. nono cooperative HR department. no growth.

Salary is not on time. Almost 50% of employees face salary cut every month. 1 leave every month only. 10 hours minimum you need to work. There is no job security; almost every month, employees are fired by boss. In short, it's private dukan of two brothers.

Everything. Their policies like deduction for late coming even for a minute. If you want to leave even 5 mins early they want a clarification on that. They're fooling people on the name of their salary structure. If an employee can work with them for a long time then only they'll give full salary. They deduct some money every month from your salary on the name of retention. If you're not liking the company or work environment want to leave the company they'll not give you even your salary part which they deducted.
