As an intern doing all work is good and likeable.

Dislikes

As an intern no stipend, working time 7am to 7pm, no support from high post peoples. No good behave by some high posted peoples one of example : Director, not supportive , rude and every one get fear of him. High post peoples not good with patients. Even lower posted workers too no supportive to patients and with other staff. Very rude and shout on patients both high posted peoples and lower posted peoples. Very Fearable environment rather than respectful environment.

Govt job, so obviously there is a lot of job security and colleagues and the hods are very helpful and encouraging. However there is lack of adequate infrastructure and support staff to give the result you desire.

Dislikes

The support staff can be more enthusiastic and properly qualified. The ICU and wards need to have better ratio for proper management.

People in Gujarat Cancer Research Institute are very good. Kind and helpful. Very nice staff of the department. I had a great learning experience there. I learnt new things and newer concepts and technologies. Staff of other departments are also very nice and helpful. Doctors in Gujarat Cancer Research Institute are also very cooperative and kind to the patients.

Service issues regarding dental chair and xray in dental department.

Nothing ..... worst company to work for dirty people, dirty management and very dirty politics

everything, noting is positive, exploitation of staff by management, very very dirty polices, Very Dirty Management & Dirty People
