...take revenge on him, his native is satara, you can find him there on holidays. 2) When we give interviews our salary is put on hold and then we are tortured by them. 3) If we have engagement of our sister then we are not given leaves. 4) Work culture 8 am - 11 am. Driving daily 80-100 kms 5) No hike and we have to wait till August so that you won’t be able to leave the organisation. 6) Don’t work otherwise your inner anger will tempt you to murder someone.

The company's culture is not at all satisfactory, I would really wish that people who are getting the offer from this organisation PLEASE DO A THOUROGH CHECK before joining. The entry in the organisation will be an overwhelming but the exit is terrible.

Delay In Salary, No Incentive Structure, Dirty Culture, Abusive Language, Insulting, Humiliation, Favouritism, Politics, Bad mouthing about people who have left the organisation & they don't even pay the hard earned of the employee who leaves the company. All the positive reviews are fake...

...illy reason as coming late by 5 mins, No incentives at all. HR is puppet of HOD. Salary delay is normal with any intimation. No promotion no growth. Presales agent is suppose to work as sales manager
