...er because my performance was good. they are working as team which is good part. but it's sales based job if you done with your target also they will delayed your salary by saying We don't have funds.salary not on time management not understanding at all there's no leaves policy or anything apart from your week offs if you put leaves which they have approved they will deduct your salary for the same.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, If you have responsibilities you can't fullfill it with this job very bad organization and management. They don't have enough funds to release your salary if you done targets and everything still they are saying everytime as we don't have funds.

Salary is lower than the industry standards. Old construction- at times makes you feel claustrophobic. Apart from that, all aspects were pretty good. However, the management has now changed.

career growth is awesome they recognize the hard working employee and help them to grow . company gives more opportunity for in house employees to grow. appraisals are also fair enough to continue .
