The general manager Rajesh Kapoor was very rubbish removed a lady from job just becoz she was pregnant and hotel needs to give her salary for 2-3 months, purposely shifting the worker to another department for which they are not qualified such as receptionist to a housekeeping staff , housekeeping - utility or security. GM was such a womaniser tried touching female staff inappropriately made working environment hell like anything also treated the customer badly, A lady customer gave bad reviews as per GM’s experience he called the lady politely and took her to the room and threatened her to remove feedback forcefully the GM is mentally unstable and sick.

Dislikes

It was good till the General Manager Faizabad Kazi was there, later on when this Rajesh Kapoor came he removed many staff for no mistake.

Unorganized and traditional work culture, decision makers are only the partners (its a HUF business). no learning, no growth, Yes Boss Culture. This place is for those who dont mind monotonous work and ones who dont think of go wring.
