...rator and completed as Manager(mech) after doing 35 years long service period .work environment was average and salary was as per govt scale. Work life was also balanced.

Training department was very poor and also same condition was company canteen.

Mandatory for using musk, handgloves, sanitizer with hand wash provide during work also sanitising everything like desktop, mouse, chairs, lift, and all the office premises with control room. Proper checking at entry point with temperature gun & sanitizer if any problem arise then sent the person at covid -19 hospital for 14 days special quarantine leave granted after fitness he has to be join his duty.

Dislikes

It's very man to man because somewhere people working with high responsibility, high work pressure to achieve the goal /generation of electricity those people are directly involved like technical professional but some of department have a lighter than above mentioned.

Good work culture. Cooleagyes are helpfull and management provides good support during this COVID-19 period. We are satisfied with regulary hike and variations in job assignments.

There is no question for disliking our organisation. I am proud of it from where I have just retired.

I had worked as a doctor, patients generally respect doctors, security personnel also work sincerely

Work culture is lost here,some employees are too much involved in politics,hence disturbing others At hospital also patient doctor relationship is broken . Administration is terrific,
