The environment is good. employees freely mingle crack jokes, discuss with each other. No hierarchy and protocol. Less politics in the company

Dislikes

There is lots of late sitting. Many times in my 4 years career at Continuum, I have waited till 12.00 in the night. one day I even did late sitting till 2 a.m. in the night. there is lots of work pressure from the management of the Company. they want the work to be done urgently always. Management gives work only in the evening after 5.00 p.m. which implies that the emplyees are expected to daily work till 9.00 p.m. the next day seniors also shout us despite of late sitting just for some silly mistakes or matters .No respect and work recognition from the Management.
