Both the Directors are rude & arrogant, especially the female with less knowledge & more shouting with fake commitments of business to clients. Poor team management with unskilled staff. Apart from sales, other department people cannot even speak proper English and can hardly communicate in a professional way with clients. They on-board small size & mid cap clients with average budget and ticket size. The HR is an egoistic person and takes out her personal frustration on employees and shows the directors that she acts a face for the company & is really concerned about nurturing every employee and their growth. This is a company good for people below the age of 25. Washrooms are dirty and stinky.

Fully baised, thier Performance Marketing manager/ team leader doesn't even know how to type a perfect sentence in English, she calls other people from her cell phone and asks for help in her campaigns. If she doesn't like someone then according to her that person is not a deserving candidate, she thinks everyone is her servant. She treats her team according to her mood. She's not even an average English speaker still she has been given a higher position. Literally zero knowledge, and at the name of teaching she will just open the Meta dashboard and speak whatever has been displayed on the screen. Zero sense, attitude higher than mount everest, and ego is out of this world, and IQ even worst than her speaking skills. And I don't why the founders keep favouring her, she is the reason their clients are dropping, that lady can't even speak properly with clients, she abuses the clients after the meeting. If anyone is reading this, weather you are a job seeker or their next client, please don't waste your time and efforts.
