The company as provide a lot of scope to develop my careers in All domains.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable.high quality products and has a global customers site, I quickly develop a my skill to MNC company range and i felt to working a MNC companies

Roles& Responsibility has not fixation, Wages properly not distribution.Plant capacity has not freeze. Working pressure is more than employees

Good Management with Good Managing Director caring for employees HR is improving drastically

Dislikes

Good works are not appriciated and not escalted to management. Senior level Management only finds faults and not escalating nor solving issues faced by employees.

The only benefit in Acetech is job security , terrible company policies and appraisals.

Dislikes

You can learn a lot during the job but when in comes to working hours you've to be ready to work for minimim 10 hrs daily unless you're in non engineering departments.
