Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...ay catching the thief by the company and over purshality with working people ... My salary is gone 😭 and my increment incentive gone.. and my bonus also gone reason only manager he is not good person he is poison and over acting... Only experience is giving numbers only but he is poison not good.. but company is good 👍

Dislikes

I humbly request you to please explain clearly what is the job of a cashier. There are many tasks in a day like task repair cash collection and many more tasks like wooquer check list updation but we are doing all these well. But they are also diverting unnecessary tasks to us. Even though there are 4 managers for one, we have to do those tasks ourselves. I humbly request on behalf of all the cashiers to find a proper solution for this.
