Worst work culture,,, management people have different level of attitude/ego,, working time for IEs 9-9 (12 hrs),,no respect at all,, no work-life balance ,,, Company staffs are ordered by line incharges,,, IEs need to do helping jobs,, no respect for designations,,,, Bad politics,,,no value for hardworkers,,,IE managers are the best people here to drive the company. QMS people are the good supportive.

Company provides wide platform and opportunities for each employee to grow, learn, succeed and make best out of it. It boost your confident and turns you in to more independent hard working individual. Best place for the beginners to grow. Hard work always gets appreciation and recognition.

Dislikes

Untimely salary credits, No appraisals, No PF account, No trainings or any extra activities to build your skills or learning, No canteen, Career growth possibilities are glim, No innovative methodology at work, No motivational sessions or meetings, Poor management and Recruiting department, No job security, Not well conditioned staff. Though your hard work is recognized but company fails to Pay you accordingly. Does not bother at all to loose best employees.

Company is good but people are working in top level is idiot person .so i rcomended that being human persons having famaily depend on him should not go thete and work .

Senior level persons are going to remove from company without any specified reasons.

In starting I felt little difficult bcz of language barrier but ppl are so helpful and kind and generous toward me helped me alot. I learned many things of my own which helped me to work in all environment possibly.

Dislikes

No hate comments everybody has flaws but we need to deal with it bcz we live in this world and sometimes u cannot change the culture it's we human being represents ourselves and company.

Understanding the People's Personal situations, Flexibility in working, Hearing to Suggestions & advises.

Dislikes

No overtime for staff people even when working more than time specified, Instead Comp-off is provided, Sundays working is not paid, instead comp-off is provided. No health perks of any other of that kind of allowances to staff. No clear Hierarchy of management & Unorganized.
