Low importance to employees benifits. No scope of advancement in product line in future. It's a part of multinational company but for Indian management the culture and activities are very poor and partial towards some people. Not having the right mindset to adopt the changes happening in the market

Being part of plant maintenance team ,every day have to face different kinds of tasks. So lot of things to learn. All machines are highly automated with advanced technologies.

The interesting aspect of working at Terumo Penpol is that you get the exposure to medical devices industry and gain multicultural experience. The company has a long and rich history and has survived the test of time from promoting a local R&D initiative to a full fledged MNC now.

Being an OEM company , there is a lot you can learn . I was able to maintain good work life balance. 5 days working is also an advantage , especially most of the factory's in South India have 6 days working culture. Work environment facilities are decent . If you land in right project , may be you get a chance for international travel.

Dislikes

Salary rage widely differs b/w engineers with same skills,even with lesser experience ;Cultural differences ; no arrears , your unlucky if you join at the end of a cyclic year , where you need to wait another year for your first appraisal. HR policies have some hidden agenda .
