It's a wonderful organization and an integral part of Indian Army. Ir offrers equal opportunities to learn and grow in service by serving in various parts of the country and in different terrain conditions including serving in Counter Insurgency areas and High altitude areas.

Dislikes

Most of the TA officers are posted in field and counter insurgency areas and there are limited options available for them for peace postings which increases the separation from family
