Nothing is there for liking. The chairman of the company Ashok Goyal is a character less person give bad proposals to the lady employees. His son Kanishk Goyel is a worthless person too, not at all capable for the position of MD. Not able to take any kind of decisions. Father and Son both are cheater kind of persons. They are also having one HR Rilika Sarkar the witch kind of lady. Not having any knowledge about her work. She only know how to fight with the co colleagues face to face and over mail.

Dislikes

Company culture Not paying the salary, deducting unnecessary salaries. Character less person Ashok Goyal approaching bad proposals to the lady employees.

Everything..Salary is not in time..The normal duty hour is 10 to 6:30..But Manager will force you to stay till 8 pm..No job security...Through out the year balance sheet will finalize and manager will force you to do over time Every day..Although there is a leave policy in a year but you will not able to get a single leave..

Profit is there but management will reward based on everything oter than efficiency : no system or designed work structure,very disorganized, women employees may face tough unpleasing situations.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, no job security and no scope of learning, boss not good and management terrible, rate of employee turnover is high. Either u are thrown out or u r forced to leave. Hr policy very hard. All through the year openings available, people come and go.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
