New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Only job security is good in the company

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They will not provide any sick, paid leave. Government holiday leaves not provided and strict office time and cut your salary every time when you enter late in office. Last thing most of seniors and department heads all are relative’s. I will not recommend anyone to this company.

They fire 3/4 80% of there employees on before Diwali And some employees don't get there salary on this date there is a nightmare company Even 150+plus employees are fired day and night shift

...his company is excellent because it values its employess and their requiremnets. This organisation offers a competitive salary as well as additional advantages. i've read a lot of negative reviews about this company. i'm not sure why pepole do that because as a working employee, i've never had any issues with the company. if you're looking for new carrier opportunities, this is one of the top companies to work for.
