When hr team called they said your are selected for software traine i asked whats  the role and responsibilities  like testing  or support hr said developer role only and they told we will give training like aws , java script, Ai after joining they gave worst training in only basic of java they didn't teach any thing again hr came and told don't worry everyone will be put in development team after 3 month they split team based random choice some of them where placed in platform, ivr, widget kind of things, the hr team is a scam one, mainly ajaybhaalaji is the hr who told me that you will be put in developer team they ruined 3 months of time i personal suggest not to choose this company there is no growth and there is also inner politics in this company and they force employees to post review in glass door most of the review had came like that because of hr team

Good work environment for freshers and junior developers. They can groom their skills in multiple technologies and learn thr key skills like ownership, responsibility and team work which helps them to be a great leader. Surly will rewarded for this work with highest possible transparency.

Dislikes

As usual work pressure is there, any individual can think that as a challenge or otherwise. Work-life balance is missing.
