The company promotes learning by conducting various trainings and knowledge sharing. Access to upper management is easy. A very good product base from top MNC's. Work pressure isn't too much and Managers do value an individual suggestions.

There is nothing that can be liked. Only they will make your resume very bad by appointing you for 3-4 months.

Dislikes

...they think customer are ready with PO only we have to take. Very very impatient. They will not give your salary if you resign by giving the reason that you are not serving notice period even you are into probation. I lost 4 months of my career by joining them and also my resume become bad by leaving this company in 4 months.

No Job security, they only listen to there old employees even we had a point to explain but the upper management will not listen to you they even cut my bonus and salary after serving notice period.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
