Employee are not able to maintain Personal Life. You can be hired without any job responsibility and fired anytime without giving prior information. Owner does not listen to anyone and work as per her likes and dislikes. Owner is full of Ego and wants to control everything. She works without any medical ethics and only cares for money and her name.

I liked nothing of tej eye center, just had to do job because I was placed by my college.

Dislikes

1. There was no growth there 2. There was no management 3. Every employee hated that organization 4. No job security 5. No incentive 6. Didn't even got my appointment letter even after 5 months 7. Work environment was terrible 8. No work life balance 9. Working hours are 12 hours a day 7 days a week, with no confirmed week off 10. Didn't got my traveling expenses of Rs. 3000 even after 3 months of quitting that horrible job 11. Nobody appreciates your work, they only focus on money 12. Employees mean nothing to them. 13. Since I joined and left almost 10-12 people left their job at tej eye center. 14. Highly unrecommended job. P.S- Worst place to join
