The initial package offered here is good which they use to lure the faculty. And the only good thing about them is they pay the salary every month. Not in time, mind you. It gets delayed, from the 7th to 10th, and from 10th to 13th and so on. But still, at least u can rest assured that the salary will be credited. Seems strange that this is a big thing? Yeah, that is how life as a doctor or medical faculty is in most private medical colleges of India.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Absolutely suffocating. They have no recognition for hard working faculty unless they are stooges of the authority. Secondly, they have the least number of Holidays for the employees among all med colleges in the state. For the third, even when you have worked to your bone and accumulated your leaves for a trip, they will initially verbally allow and at the last moment, will drop a bombshell of "NMC inspection". I don't know how but sometimes it seems that this is the only college under NMC purview. Every 15 days, u get an "all leaves are cancelled notice" and an inspection. The only way they will let you go on vacation is if you threaten to resign. Thirdly, and most importantly, rampant disregard for the biggest Hindu festivals. All important works seem to fall on Navratri week only. None of my colleagues, in different states of the country have reported such problem. I have heard of institutes where student feel like jail. This is an institute where faculty feels imprisoned. Unless of course you are "close" to the authority. Then everything gets arranged.

That organization is like golden opportunity for beginners of medical profession because there are patients rate so high, and wherever there is a large number of patients there is a lot to learn,...And i also learned a lot here in my job period that makes me greater than better....

Dislikes

I can't say for overall organisation is good or not good, but in my view this is average,...but i can say something about my department,...there is some need to be build up team spirit and make healthy environment. And in last i want add one more thing that there growth is very slow and salary increment is too low...
