No work life balance, Management is worst, Will change the rules according to there convenience, Salary hike is a big joke here also will not give variable pay properly. They will tell you to work 10 -12 hrs also work on weekends. Work pressure is extreme and very very toxic place. They will tell you it is flexible timing but all the things company says are big lie. Don't join here.

I really enjoy working at Techspawn Solutions because of the amazing work culture and how much they prioritize their employees. The team is very supportive and goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable work environment. They’re always there to offer help, encourage learning, and provide opportunities for growth. After 11 years, the company lacks established processes and effective management, resembling a fledgling startup despite the advancements typically seen in such ventures. This underperformance is concerning given the company's age.

Likes

People here, work like a family. In case of any technical or non technical problem, everyone tries to help. Company follows open office culture. No fixed time to login and logout, so, much flexibility. I am seeing good potential in the organization for sure.

Sometimes HRs manipulate oral commitments as per convenience.

Great for a fresher to start a career. Provide lots of opportunities and hands-on experience on projects

Management is not employee-centric, paints a 24/7 picture to the clients so they message on weekends as well which is irritating. Hardly any work-life balance so as to complete 8 hours daily but fill in more than 10 hours. Work pressure is very high.
