I have worked with techracers around for 7 months as an trainee. Seniors will treat you like a labour. Seniors will sit and enjoy, those who are working as a trainee, they have to handle the whole work of HR Executive, HR Manager, admin, store manager, Event management and you are getting only stipend. And at the time of increment or confirmation, they will show there status. If you are married and have a family in that case please don't join this company. They can ATL you any time...mostly if the employee is simple person they will try to extend your training period. If you will discuss with management, they will negotiate like a fish market...overall experience is bad...
