...y, as they opened a branch with the name of colorimetr Diagnostics in Hyderabad. For every employee they give the salary for 3 to 4 months and slowly start trapping employees in something or the other reason and stop giving salary. Such kind of companies and the those who open should be published by the government.

...and ESI benefit of employees for circulation and doesn't pay PF or ESI for them. They don't pay salary on time. There is no concept of appraisal. Totally INSECURE job from house keeping to CFO

Everything was excellent, it was very good place, but administration is not good nowadays, they won't analyse the things and they recruited inexperienced person for company development and technical work. So techmed got down completely. Work atmosphere is very worst now and there is no job security.

New joined teammate behaviour knowledge and team leading was very worst, we can't work with this type of people

There was no proper management. You will be reporting to two different heads. One in Bangalore n the other sitting in Chennai. No proper delegation of work. Employee gets confused 😕.

1)Salaries are not Crediting in time 2) Benefits like Petrol allowances has to be Begged 3) they Doesn't Know the Health Sector Business and they are Doing the Money Lending Business in Health Sector.
