Great place to learn People are great in the company excluding the toxic people which is in every company Salary is good compared to in the market

Lots of things to dislike 1. There is job security You can get fired anytime so if you're looking for security don't come here. 2. Management s*cks in India, don't know about foreign. People who are not qualified for a position are given positions just because they s*ck up good. 3. Appraisal was sh*tty, just gave a standard package to everyone that to pro-rated. People actually worked so hard but there was no recognition in monetary terms. 4. Because of all this firing , a** licking toxicity and sh*tty promotions , real talented, knowledgeable people left the company I am writing this with very heavy heart that it was actually a very good company with so much talent and potential and people were so happy. Now it has become a joke to be honest.

Dislikes

When I started working for TA, I received no training/ knowledge transfer & I faced a lot of difficulties figuring out things on my own in a new organization. They had high expectations from me without giving me any training/KT. I was speaking with a senior personal about this issue when I was abruptly fired on a random Thursday.
