The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable. I get to travel tourist places especially to the Darjeeling, Goa and Ooty.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 - 18 hours straightly in a day and sometimes I slept in office. Management do not value an individual unique strength.

Beware of the HOD Dr. Munish and his HR head Ms. Namita. The organization feels like a jail. They monitor your leave and attendance on minute basis. The HOD is having some mental issues and is not at all focused on the work but only flirting with female staffs. He has the habit of blaming the staffs of his own mistakes. Even the ITR is not filed on time. Be very aware of joining this organization. I just now completed the horrific 2.8 years. Don't waste your time even if the money is more. They will every day remind you how much money they are paying and will treat you like a slave. Beaware

Yes I am happy to work TCI Foundation for year an half. Management is ok by little bit politics in the organization. No future for long term. Contractual work, and no guarantee for continuation after a year.

Dislikes

Lots of political issue in the organization, short working term for men and long working term for women in the organization. Contractual work for year, for continuation depending on the project and the role of the person.

Non deserving less experienced are treated and groomed well in the system well paid off,loyalty hard work sincerity has no value,buttering is important.Politics is at peek and nothing is important than harrasment and mental torture.manageent has no interest except in their cabin holders.

Well it was nice working with TCI, taught me many things but the work culture is not you should expect here and HR policies are nightmare no security for the employees. Overall I won't recomend anyone in this organisation.

This organisation is being owned by Agrawal's again a Baniya who are mean minded for their money good people but money minded and no relaxation on leaves day off even in COVID-19 pandemic they want everyone to be in office no matter what. That's what I didn't like.
