1. Expects employees to stretch but does not provide over time. 2. Saturday compensation is less than the per day salary. 3. Appraisals are not great unless attrition is there. 4. You have to pay for tea or coffee. 5. Cannot take stand as a consultant. 6. Deliverables suffer because of tight project schedule.

Dislikes

Salary will not increase for years. For 4-5 years one increment only. Very frequent transfers to client location, which completely destroys the family life. People live in fear that where will they be next month or what work they will do. Managers lie about deputation/transfers tenure. Usually if you are gone to client office then you will only come back after you resign. Work quality is very bad, no skill development, will give any work thus not letting you learn one particular stream and affecting your career growth. Managers are not professional and are also not technically sound.

Poor salary. Partial behaviour with ADC department employees. Elitist and egoistic behaviour of HR. Engineer will remain 3d modeller only will not get opportunity as Piping area engineer citing non existent HR policy. Rotational shifts. Work culture like call centre.

When i joined as a GET earlier days were good as little exposure of work was given.

...l. If you want to join tce first learn from other companies and then come here . In package it's least in the market there is only 12 % increment in 3 years , they have not revised there package from decades, basic salary is not even 10k for a senior engineer. Just join other company, people from NIT come here and waste there life. + Plus there is no additional allowances like travel , internet. Worst part is even tea coffee is paid here, in playing also TT and carrom is there which is also always busy

Entirely fraud and bogus TATA company. They say something else and do something else. Keep their employees in dark for most of the time. No respect for employees. Treat them like beggars by giving 5-7% increments. People are randomly assigned in projects at superior positions irrespective of whether they have that experience or no. My design lead never did design in his career. There is nothing to like about.

...e managers and Senior Engineers within a year. No skill development or Training. Salary is 1/3rd of market pay. No OVERTIME. No BONUS. No APPRECIATION for work.
