- Less salary, less increment - Nothing for appraisal - Nothing for skill development - Your skill doesn't matter while assigning a project to you. - Have to work more than one projects, but salary not according to work - Performance bonus same for all - Performance doesn't matter for increment

The company is good only for freshers.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so good and growth is also very slow. The work pressure is very high even for ladies also. Sometimes, I have to work 16 hours straight in a day and late into the night. They had fired 50+ employees every years without any notice but this year 100+ employees have fired which is very painful for those employees.

compensation is decent, but growth is sloe. the work pressure is very high. sometimes , i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I gave 1 star and this company deserves 0 No job security they are firing atleast 1 -3 person each month I would say those people who are average in conding and some of them good but not assigned to according projects No social activities like group gathering and occasional events Politics payed by TLs are very smooth you Don't even get to know when you will have meeting with your manager to put your resignation Every other person is taking about job switch or worries about getting fired Less experienced person are promoted to STL because management doesn't have any options and that person definately take advantage to get respect for nothing Here some people don't know about C of coding somehow they get hired and forced to do work without any guidance Monitors and laptops (offered to very less people ) are low quality literally you can see colourful dots even if screen is whole white If you got call definitely you will if you push button apply on linked in or another site and you get selected I will say you have to search that website within 1 year again for job change There are still more to say literally I can spend whole day to criticize this company and it deserves it Some of my colleagues are fired based on their family background because they ar w to fill your family members background based on that they will judge should I fire him or her Ultimately they will fire if you or market is not performing very well and not getting projects There are some people i would say satisfied with their job in this company but it's very small asked or corporate majdoor
