As it is handling Toyota customer, if any one directly deal this customer will learn and implement very good concepts. Work environment is cool. Freshers given direct responsibilities.

5days a week. Leave. Job security for hard working people. Fire fighting nature of daily routine work only. No potential threat because of TSL 80% of turnover dependency/ involvement. Making fool of every lateral entry joined in any category ( some how are other).
