Likes

TIFR Hyderabad is a dream place to work at. This institute helped us in various way during lockdown. They provided us with all the facilities like supply of food, transportation in case of emergency, medical service and of course crediting the salary account on 28th of each month.

The canteen service needs to be improved.

Likes

Working environment at TIFR is great. Teammates are always ready to help you. The experience you get here is also valuable. The thing is we are using outdated technology here for development, so you have to update yourself in free time. 8 hours for 5 days per weekend is quite good. For travelling bus service is there. Along with work there are also other programs occurs like trekking, camping, blood donation, sports day, cultural events etc.

Dislikes

They are not offering permanent vacancies since last couple of years. So job security is big issue here.

It was a great experience to work with the expertise of TIFR who have in-depth knowledge about technologies and they are very supportive and always tried to encourage to learn more.

The work timing and travelling were a bit tiring sometimes.
