If given work from home for homemaker it would have been more helpful. As I discontinued my work due to my pregnancy now to resume I didn't get work from home option where i am undergoing maternity days now even after speaking with HR.

Nothing positive about the organisation.

Dislikes

1. Lack of process in the entire organisation 2. The HR Department is completely disorganised and they don't seem to think about the employee welfare. 3. People who work close to 9-12 hours everyday are disrespected and not even tracked of their performance. 4. Lack of basic morale. 5. Works like a corporate but calls themselves a startup. 6. Lack of vision from the founders and their lack of trust and disbelief on employees falls as burden on those who give their 100% 7. Lastly, they don't even allow you to take your own leaves.

Good Organization to work unless some superiors are very cheap and playing worst politics with employee career, and are very cunning if someone gets promotion they can't tolerate and force them to resign
