The working culture of Tantrash technologies is excellent, and they treat Junior with great support and respect. In terms of learning, I gained a lots of knowledge and skills during my time with the company. I received outstanding support from the HOD, and overall working environment was better.

Dislikes

The salary was a major concern. They pay very low salaries to existing employees, but they offer significantly higher salaries to new hires at the time of requirements. This disparity can be discouraging for loyal employees.

Nothing is good there. Working at 'Tantrash Technologies" was a frustrating experience. There is no proper management, no work-life balance, and zero appreciation for employee's efforts. The leadership is disorganized, and decisions are made without any clear strategy, leading to constant confusion and unnecessary pressure on employees.

There is no career growth or learning opportunity, just repetitive tasks with unrealistic expectations. The work culture is toxic, with favoritism and micromanagement making it even worse. Employees are overworked underpaid, and not valued.
