Dirty Politics, too much bargaining on salary, ditching hr policies, terrible job security can sack any time without any reason. All things are revolving among 2-3 ladies, they proclaimed themselves superior, having knowledge of each and every subject which results in a negative graph of employees growth rate. Whatever they presented to the whole sole boss is always welcome by him although he is good but the true information never passes to him. My reporting boss is good to the team but he is also facing the problems from them.

No pressure for work also staff and team are supportive. Manager can be a little rude but only for the work else they are also understanding and helping nature person.. During the prohibition period u will be treated well..

Work life balance is the only thing that is okay nothing else.

The Company is a lala company. Appraisal thing is a joke. When the company loose client that's just because of us, because they can't hire marketing person. They start micromanagement just like that, you have to maintain sheets PPT of everything. The IT head can blame you randomly just because of figma subscription payment, that too the fault was of AMs. But nothing happened. That's all folks there is much more but leave it.

If you have strong skill of sycophancy, then without experience and knowledge, every year in the company gets a good hike in salary and promotion without any hard work. I have spent **years with this company., but whenever the appraisal time comes closer the whole company comes into losses and all seniors start crying, but till now the company has been running for 22 years, I do not know what kind of losses they are facing, how efficiently they are handling them. Clap for it. They don't need a reason to fire someone, I'm not telling the full truth here but I think it's enough.
