Very very long working hours, absolutely no work life balance. Favouritism, very old culture and very regressive mindset. Fresh bloods are dumped by grudgy, less knowledged seniors.

Likes: Monthly salary payment in time. Note that no battas for Deputations/allowances are paid by the management or negligible expenses incurred is paid. So, you run on a loss if you are deputed to any other branch. Dislikes1/2: The work culture here is pathetic. The cross functional teams doesn't intend to work together. Instead, they have their own ways, that doesn't help the organization in anyway to grow together. Management is based from Virudhunagar/Sivakasi (TamilNadu) people only. So you could see lots of top executives working in the organization They are always elevated in their career path even though they do not have the right skill sets. Company policies are it's worst that even for a job change, you have to seek permission from HRD! Late sitting on daily basis even after finishing the designated works, no proper infrastructure in branches, lack in leaders, inefficient management as a whole. Job security is in a decreasing trend now. They either look out for opportunities to send you out on punishment like CRS/increment cuts or torture/fight with you in branches attempting to make a worst culture to exit the job.

Dislikes 2/2:There are a few hard working people within the company. With which the top executives live a comfortable life here. Training wouldn't be much constructive as they have many excel sheets available for working on credit operations. And even the credit underwritings manipulate the report according to manager's/top level management intention to sanction loans that led to many NPAs. Politics would be there in all the companies. No exception to this company as well. It's worse in this company. Work-Life balance at its worst because all days you'll need to work/late-sit at least till 2100hrs after starting your works from 0930hrs. Promotion is given to people who knows to do politics well enough. There's no innovation in their products/thinking. The company always would be lagging in terms of competitors. Last minute circulars or notifications that you can't execute the EOD operations until finishing an up-hill task withing the branch.

If you want to live upto 40 years , you can join here.. sometime it will be so surprise of you live upto that age... Pathetic work culture and worst management. Hell work condition always target.Community based bank so they prefer their people over others . To be Frank it's such a useless bank where one can lose their family life. if any one going to apply in this bank ready to sacrifice your life. Even after seeing this you want to work here means hats off to you.

Overall all other teams are good but there is team called Server Team which is the worst team I have ever worked nothing is proper in that team worst Manager one will do anything for his ego

Very worst team don't ever join Server Team in TMB rest any team you can join if salary is not an issue
