No concern on staff welfare, no transperancy on transfer policy, no learning process , politics , low salary but heavy work, timing is min 12 hours per day. No native place posting , working on holidays.

...completely scam for new joining employees don't join here. 1)They are showing 6.2lpa CTC and giving only 30k/month salary. 2)You won't get increment till you become confirmed clerk. 3)you will not become confirmed clerk untill you clear JAIIB. And you won't get time for study so they are keeping everyone in probationary period only. 4) you have to stay in bank till 9:30 pm and you won't get over time allowance. 5) alternative Saturday is holiday but you have to go for marketing. 6)They will give you performance based incentive. But if you are leaving bank you have to pay back that amount along with 3 months salary. 7) no enough staffs ..each and every work you have to do. 8)My kind advice for everyone please don't join this bank.

...d torture the staffs...employee should do the desk work and also do marketing...executives asking why should u receive salary after got all the work from us night 10.00 pm... Average work completion time is 10.00 p.m...openly send whatsapp message to work on leave days...

If you want to live upto 40 years , you can join here.. sometime it will be so surprise of you live upto that age... Pathetic work culture and worst management. Hell work condition always target.Community based bank so they prefer their people over others . To be Frank it's such a useless bank where one can lose their family life. if any one going to apply in this bank ready to sacrifice your life. Even after seeing this you want to work here means hats off to you.

Very very long working hours, absolutely no work life balance. Favouritism, very old culture and very regressive mindset. Fresh bloods are dumped by grudgy, less knowledged seniors.
