  • Salary - Good

Dislikes

Micro management culture, Seniors are Torchering, force to make a decision, threatened by HR. This is not recommended company to join by any professional. I will suggest avoid this company, they are stuck with their decision only and taking care of their employees. After given anything in written, HR will denied & ask to follow whatever they want.

Nothing ..It is horrible company. The CEO is good but he took some wrong decisions hiring the SVP "G" .He is surrounded with wrong people in US and take wrong decision. He has one guy "U" who works from canada. he always busy in playing politics and taking people's job. He and She the SVP dont care of employees and treating people useless . They are throwing employees out of campnay . Company was very good when The was VP bhanot mam .She was very polite , taeking care of employees .We had great satisfaction but they made her pray first . She made company and they played politics with her .company is not good to join because of "G"

THE NEW svp SITTING IN us WORKING FROM HOME Played politics with her . Now she is doing so bad with every employee .people are not happy passing time .She is not giving appraisal's as she is scared people will run .Is she a leader ??? Toxic is the only word I remember for this company

Training Session was good that’s it

They won’t support any recruiter like how to work and they won’t even have any conversation with Recruiters what actual problem they are facing and they don’t even have good job boards. Due to which Recruiter are facing a lot of difficulties to find a candidate. No motivation given to the Recruiters and Company VP Mr. Kenneth is not at all a good person his listening skills are v.bad & he just randomly call and tell us to share a what issues we are facing and when we start sharing our views then he stops in between and he only talks much indirectly & will warns you by Smiling . He won’t even encourage just simply call recruiters & warn us.
