...o growth and development is necessary to learn about skills and grow up along. Compensation and incentive are quite decent, as per growth it's a bit slow. Seniors and colleagues are good as teacher.

TMTL Engines like 5 KVA silent genet Engines manufactured by TMTL are one of the most preferred engines for stationery applications like generators, the prime movers for agro- industries, marine and other industrial applications.

Workers have no dress code and their pay does not include raises.

A positive culture, healthy work life balance, and opportunities for skill development makes it excellent place to work. The pleasant office environment and a lush green campus provide great motivation.

The compensation is below market standard. TMTL should reconsider and align their compensation structure with market demands.

Their is nothing in this company that an employee can feel good about it. This company doesn't have proper management to handle the works. In this company you only can do is passing your time just for minimal survival.👎🏻
