...ere is a huga cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good . appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow.

There is nothing to like in this company. If there there is negative rating available then I would've given it for this company

Work life balance is terrible Working culture is very toxic Long working hours No job security job can be sacked anytime They need improvements from a new joinee from the first month and they can remove if no improvement shown

Current management is too poor understanding, and inside too much politics behind including some korean management too. No one want to listen right thing, just want to hear "Yes Sir" only

The company has potential to achieve greater milestones. You can achieve those along with company too. There's no boundation for anyone to grow in any field. Quite open working culture. Best company for a beginner. Learning exposure is so so good.

Korean person understands the problems, but can't help to solution. If you are multitasking and physical work experience then join.
