Nothing.... It's a miserable life here.They will make you work like hell & stress your personal life.There is no word/term for them like personal life.It's a place where you feel like you are totally unsecured & lost.It's like you are serving a jail term.They promise hell lot of benefits to you & finally you are left with nothing except painful career journey of your life.It is fully working on dirty politics & favoritism. If you have good technical experience & a permanent job elsewhere, then please don't join here & spoil your career, they will use you for their personal work also, then blame & plan to throw you out.Work-life is stuck here into fully political people here, you are humiliated, insulted & depressed here due to worst/dirty work culture. Many good Doctors with good qualification & who have come from good & renowned hospitals, joined here, but left within months with frustrated state of mind due to the work culture here.Most important thing is if you can butter your bosses, you will have good name here.It's just that you need to lose personal ethics,self respect/ self esteem, if you leave all the good life rules,be a donkey or slave to them, then you may survive here.

Dislikes

There's no fix Lunch Time, they don't allow all the employees to sit at one place & have a Lunch together, They believe that togetherness of employees is like forming a union. Employees don't get Salary on time, every month employees will be told- IS MAHINE SALARY NAHI MILEGI, KAM KRNA HAI TOH KARO VARNA CHHOD DO, TUM NAHI AAYE TOH COMPANY BAND NAHI PADNEWALI, & one fine morning without any intimation/notice you will be terminated.
