Likes

The company is not very strict. There isnt a dress code. They have less employees and a close work environment. It is a good place for freshers to learn work if they intend to move out of india and seek jobs in middle east

Dislikes

The work is either too less or too hectic. The company tries to be gender neutral with employees but has no policy to help the same. Compensation and increments do not have fixed structure but are arbitrary based on owner/management. Many employees have to work to unreasonable deadlines. Un advisable for female employees.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
