Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary issues. They will not pay your salary on time. It may take another month to credit your previous month salary. That means you are working for them free for a month. They will not stand on their promises. If they took one decision today, they may not implement that tomorrow. No stability.

One word " Nothing" , company has no likeable qualities.

Dislikes

One word " everything". The company lacks basic ethics. Company is very fickle, it changes rules anytime and every time the change is benefitial only to itself and doesn't bother if these changes harms the employees. I do not like to.get into details.
