Overall negative especially Indian offshore . HR is a name for HR. Everyone avoid to talk to her, she waste your time to storytelling her and her buddy son and etc. The SYSTEMAX VP(Indian) is very narrow mind. Whenever he come always saying do 16 hrs work. No one come from SYSTEMAX ESPECIALLY foreign employee. If you get a work with different project which not belongs to VP. You will enjoy and feel happy. I found employee who enjoyed working with others. VP has his family and friends employee only these all having growth. Disappointed when no calibre employee working above among great employee.
