I got a chance to work on different projects which help me to learn new things. Some of the team members are very helpful which is beneficial.

Dislikes

The worst thing that I observed is you will be working in the shadow of someone else. When you are working on someone else's profile, you will never get a chance to interact with the clients. Some members are working for a long time and they will trust those people only. You will never get appreciate for the work which you have done. At the time of appraisal you have to fight for a decent hike but they will talk about numbers. There are too many reasons like this....!
