Salary/appraisal are not followed properly, verbally they will say they provide but at the time of appraisal they will issue PIP 3. They have fired people without any reason and accuse of false allegations and data theft even if you use your own laptop for work. 4. Proper credits are not given and very toxic culture employer will hear the conversation through surveillance camera. 5. They don't have dedicated HR and HR policies will differ based on organization's opinion from time to time. 6. Allowance and salary will not be credited on time. 7. Abuse of employee's.

1) Don't lose your life trusting this company 2) They don't have an HR Department 3) They don't pay salaries properly 4) Even if an employee work hard, they will not give him the respect he deserves, but will treat him very poorly 5) They will not provide experience letter 6) The mood of all the employees at work will be like a Squid Game

Working at Synozon has been enriching and rewarding journey for me. appreciate thing is innovation and excellence. Management is knowledge in subject so customers are believing them. The work life balance is great and they have allowed freely and they have expected only output has to be completed at time.

Gave opportunity for fresher like me and they have paid for training with external agencies. people moved away after learning still they have not worried. Arranged communication courses where team need improvement

Recruiting people and giving opportunity without interview if they are not wealthy in life

There is nothing to like about this company if there is below 1 to rate i would probably give in minus. No work ethics No guidence Acquising employee related to work Providing false allegation if the employee ask for appraisal Ig probably they would ask to rate good 🤣
