- Poor office infrastructure (no dedicated parking space, shared building, poor desk/chair, feels like BPO) - Worst payroll software (it's complicated and reset your tax selection randomly)

Compensation is decent , but there is hell lot of work pressure. Almost 12-13 hrs. Managers do not value individual. Managers here plays a lot of politics , no help from team members. If u seek help they will tell u r annoying them. There is nothing called team work. Managers will intentionally put u in PIP and so thay they can tell u after this period u didn't fulfill ur targets and then through them out . There is no job security. Very in professional behaviour.
