There is no work-life balance , you get work calls in the middle of the night. There's no proper management for projects they just keep changing projects or might close some projects overnight. It is a mess.

Likes

Flexible HR policies in terms of leaves, work from home. Good salaries and appraisal which stands between 30% to 50%. Understanding management for employee's personal or medical emergencies.

Dislikes

Work load is too high. They can ask to work on weekends, public holidays or even national holidays. Wfh goes beyond 12 hrs.

My first company i joined after passing out engineering or I would say the company who has given me chance to learn and show my skills. I learnt alot here things learnt in this company or the lessons learnt here helped me alot in my entire career. Worked 2011- 2013, now things are changed and i believe the company is doing good.
