1. Job security. Layoffs and time to time some employees are asked to leave on a Performance basis. Take Perf review rating very strictly. 2. Two rounds of perf review in the year, which brings in a lot of pressure while working. 3. Remote work so very less real interactions. 4. Comparison between employees of same team. 5. Directing the major and important work to just one person. 6. Many meetings. 7. Founder gets hysterical in town halls and straightaway warns people of firing and letting go if performed mediocrely. Also In terms with doing layoff too without any apprehensions.
