...anagment. And some people behavior is same full. In this company have no system. In this company no salary growth.

Not safe for any girls every year their are fired some innocent people without reason. always coitizes every employee who have less experience. Manager's have more than work expectation again CTC. if you got 25k then manager want you have to work for 1 lac. if you got 1 lac then you don't have skill and they will fair without reason when you came near to appraisal time. at my expertise i have seen 5 same cases they are faired and coitizes for give resignation. No feeling for any employees who gave here 25 year or 5 years.

Leave policy and no festive celebrations which makes it a little difficult to stay in the company for a longer period of time

Teammates are supporting and management is transparent. Implementation of new thoughts and ideas for ammendment in any procedure is encouraged. HVAC system and Lab design is good.

SOP & Document need to be improved.

Good company. Start as fresher learn lot of things. Team is helping. There head is very cooperative and support and she provide very valuable knowledge of regulatory affairs. But some people have no professionalism like how to talk junior. Way of talking was very bad.. but over my experience is very good with my team and head..
