I personally feel very unsecured as working in Swayam Infotech. Company culture is not like an IT companies. You feel like you are working in mechanical factory.

Dislikes

I dislike most is company's hierarchy, working structure, environment and much more.

If i think the best company in the rajkot base location is swayam infotech. Everything is best, starting with the company's atmosphere to employees nature. supportive staff. I think is the best place for career

I loved working here and worked for almost more than years. I read some other reviews as well but those are unfortunate events as I have totally different experience then what other sayings that is why I spent years. I shifted to Pune now but still I remember my days there.

All companies have some weakness but that does not mean they become bad. As if that is the case, search wipro and tcs and apple, everyone had bad reviews. So chill.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
