New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There r too much pressure of seniors , they can't provide salary on time , they will can pay desirable salary ,and career growth is nil with them , team mates are also not much supportive , too much pressure of work , can't let u go if can't sale 2 connection in a day but I worked fast pretty much good got experience how to handle work study n mane home at same time challenging for me but my 1st job so I like it bcuz I also I got too many friends there but there financial condition is worst can't even provide u enough amount on time always u need to wait n tell them

I worked over there but I don't like that company policy , I would like to say I wasted my precious time over there and that company didn't provide my salary also I want to say to u all job seekers don't waste ur time for that company.

Management is very nice especially they solved any issues with great efforts /techniques . Friendly environment so no pressure of work. Colleagues are from all cultural background and having good relation with each others. Comapny is open for new innovation and latest technology. I like employee engagement activities.
