...Glitters is not Gold. The Upper Management has zero knowledge of managing Staff. No Gratuity, No Insurance, No Proper Leaves Structure, No promotion, No proper Salary Brackets. They Hold Salary whenever they Feel like and give dumbest excuse if asked. Random Hiring and Salary offered to Candidates as per favouritism. They Work like a Dictator. If you don't agree to whatever they say. Funniest Favouritism's Example I would like to Share. At some of the outlets, Sales Advisor gets paid more than Asm, Asm Gets Paid More than Manager. and the Margin of difference is sometimes more than even 10k. Some Candidates have been working for more than 10yrs but have never been promoted. Last but not the least. If you quit their Job. They will give negative feedback to the verification team, even if you have good record. PS:- Their Notice period Policy is worst, 2 Months.

Salary and the benefits are good. Transport, canteen, and other facilities are absolutely nice.

No Working culture at all. Discrimination between office staff and production staff is always there. There is No such concept of growth & promotion. Only good for 1 year experience.

The culture and management of the company , Also the concept they are working on ,the excellent training sessions and the customer services .

According to terms and conditions store refuses to replace a faulty item(after the warranty ends )with a recurring issue I was facing at store it’s very disappointing thing for some customers and staff also.
